Payment & Scheduling Policy

My monthly flat rate is $100, which reserves the same 30-minute lesson time each week.

Payment is due on or before your first lesson of each month. Most months include four lessons, and occasionally there are five. The monthly rate remains the same and also includes the holidays listed below.

Students who begin in the middle of a month will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining lessons.

Families or individuals reserving two or more weekly lesson times receive a discounted rate of $90 per month for each additional time slot.

Missed Lessons

The monthly flat rate reserves your weekly lesson time whether or not you are able to attend. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, missed lessons are not rescheduled or credited for any reason.

If I ever have to cancel a lesson, I will either refund that lesson or apply a credit toward the following month’s tuition.

Intermittent Lessons

For students who cannot commit to a regular weekly lesson, intermittent scheduling is available at $30 per half-hour or $60 per hour.

To schedule an intermittent lesson, simply contact me with several days and times that work for you, and I will schedule an available opening. Payment is due at the lesson.

Business Hours

Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

Thursday: 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Refunds

No refunds are given except when I cancel a scheduled lesson, in which case a refund or credit will be provided.

The house is white, colonial-style, with a two-car garage. Follow the paved walkway around the left side of the house to the waiting room and studio entrance. Please let yourself in.

Parents are welcome to observe the lesson or relax in the waiting room.
